Custom Engine Controls

McFarlane can fabricate custom engine controls to your specifications when replacement controls are no longer available or for special applications. Custom engine controls are manufactured using the same materials and quality control procedures as our FAA/PMA approved products. Custom controls are not FAA/PMA approved. The user must obtain the proper FAA approvals to use our custom controls on certificated aircraft.

Custom control design forms are available below or you can send us a pattern with a signed statement requesting us to duplicate the control. To order a custom control, select the appropriate form, which will open in a new Acrobat Reader window. Print the form, fill out the required information and fax or mail it to McFarlane. Please include your address, phone number, and shipping/payment instructions with all orders. Custom controls are normally completed within one week.

• Manufactured using the same materials, rigorous testing and inspections as our FAA-PMA products. We cannot provide FAA-PMA approval for custom controls.
