NGPS is designed to remove the space limitations with various stock frames that did not anticipate modern avionics. Using the NGPS affords a larger canvas to install avionics, especially PFD's in the aircraft, and allows for a custom panel with avionics placement that is not constrained by the original aircraft structure.
