Customize your Cessna with the update it deserves!
The NextGen Panel System (NGPS) is an installation solution that replaces the stock instrument panel frame structure in Cessna 172, 175, 180, 182, 185 aircraft. NGPS is designed to remove the space limitations with various stock frames that did not anticipate modern avionics. Using the NGPS affords a larger canvas to install avionics, especially PFD's in the aircraft, and allows for a custom panel with avionics placement that is not constrained by the original aircraft structure. Modernizing and customizing a legacy instrument panel can take months, and the end result is often a poor design and an aircraft that is not compliant.
Problem solved - the NextGen Panel System is the ONLY solution available that is fully FAA compliant and ready for customization, cutting production time from months to weeks.
Problem: Non-Compliance
Because compliance rules are complex and easy to misinterpret, you are more likely to end up at risk of:
|
Solution: Starts at the panel frame
The NextGen Panel was developed to enable the panel to comply with FAA regulations AND popular PFD STCs from Dynon and Garmin Avionics. This also enables compliance with:
|
Problem: Difficult Installation
Measure, guess, cut and hope it's close:
The result: Unpredictable downtime, unplanned costs, undefined scope of work |
Solution: Easy Installation
Get it right the first time:
The result: Aircraft may be flown while new panel is built separately
Minimum downtime. Maximum value. |
