Bi-Flex Technology
Premium Baffle Seal Material: There is nothing else like it!

New Bi-Flex Technology utilizes a laser engraved waffle pattern to provide the ideal flexible seal for maximum cooling, while retaining rigidity on the lower half of the seal to prevent the baffle seal from blowing past the proper seal position against the cowl.

Cowl Saver Scoring Tool
Customize your baffle seal flexibility for optimal cooling!

The Cowl Saver Scoring Tool is used to customize Cowl Saver baffle seals with the exact amount of flexibility needed for installation. The tool uses precision blades to score the Teflon surface of the Cowl Saver material to add flexibility just where it is needed, while maintaining rigidity elsewhere to prevent the baffle seal from blowing pass the proper seal position against the cowl.

• Can be used on existing installations or new baffle seal material
• Precise cut depth will not damage the fiberglass reinforcement layer
• Replacement blade kits available - P/N TOOL120-BKT

Convenient seal kits

We have expanded our offerings of Beechcraft replacement parts with the addition of main and nose strut seal kits for many Debonair and Bonanza models. These convenient kits provide all the necessary seals to stop pesky strut leaks and maintain safe functioning struts.

Seat Rollers for Piper Aircraft

To determine which roller your aircraft requires, verify the outer diameter at the center of the roller you are replacing:

• If the roller measures 0.62" order P/N CA87332-002
• If the roller measures 0.42" order P/N CA18968-000

Seat roller bushing P/N CA41413-038 also available.
