Product Details
This engine mounted oil filter adapter is designed for Continental Motors O-470-11 and O-470-15 engines in the Cessna L-19 “Bird Dog”. This adapter is drilled and tapped to accept the oil temperature probe. Access to the “screen” area makes installation quite simple.
The C6LC-11/15 model comes complete with a Tempest AA48108-2 spin-on oil filter and mounting hardware.
Tempest Engine Mounted Oil Filter Adapter
Tempest engine mounted oil filter adapters eliminate the need for oil screens and provide increased filtering capabilities for longer engine life. Being engine mounted with no external lines, they reduce mess during oil changes and increase in the time between oil changes.
STC Approved, Paperwork included.
Tempest filters are included with adapters.
