Core Return

How to Submit a Core Return

For Fuel Pumps, Starters, Carburetors, Alternators, Magnetos, Trim Tab Actuators & More

  1. Confirm Eligibility: Ensure your core is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
  2. What’s Accepted: We accept cores from fuel pumps, starters, carburetors, alternators, magnetos, trim tab actuators, and more. We accept Weldon, Dukes, Parker, Howden, and CJ Aviation fuel pumps at our Repair Station.
  3. Drain and Seal: Completely drain all fluids, including fuel, from the core if applicable. Seal the unit to prevent leaks during transit. If possible, use caps to minimize residual leakage. You may also place the core in a sealed clear plastic bag after draining for added protection during shipping.
  4. Remove Components: Detach all fittings and accessories before returning. Any components left on the core will be discarded and not returned.
  5. Package Properly:  Return the core safely using the product box your new fuel pump came packaged inside. Include a copy of your invoice clearly marked “Core Return,” and seal the package securely. We accept UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Please hold on to your tracking number to monitor the progress of your return. Ensure you return your core to the same company you purchased the unit from. Returns sent elsewhere may delay processing.
