A good core retunr for a factory overhauled Slick Magneto is going to be a current series 4300 or 6300 Slick Magneto. If a new Slick Magneto is purchased, then older series Slick Magnetos can be considered for credit on a case by case basis.

EMC65101 E-MAG Short Mounting Stud

Replacement short mounting stud for E-MAG ignition installation. When replacing traditional magnetos, the longer studs used with impulse coupling spacers must be removed and replaced with short studs (approximately 0.75" of exposed thread after installation). Long studs are identified by approximately 1.75" of exposed thread.

Tip: Apply penetrating oil and use a heat gun on the case area around studs to ease removal. Remove rubber drive cushions before using heat gun.
