Aluminum Cabin Door Hinge Half
FAA-PMA Direct Replacement for 0711037-12 on Cessna 210 Aircraft
Upper right aft, straight, drilled, and primed hinge half, uses MC0711038-1 clevis pins

Why is ours better? Our aluminum hinges are precision-machined with design improvements to help prevent corrosion and stress cracking. To provide you with the best fit, our hinges are available drilled or undrilled. All pre-drilled hinges are also prime painted, a unique upgrade from the OEM hinges. Note: hinge halves with an "S" suffix are undrilled and not primed, since they're best primed after you match-drill them to your aircraft.
Find the right part number: undrilled hinge part numbers carry an "S" suffix. Example: P/N MC0711037-15 is pre-drilled, versus P/N MC0711037-15S is the undrilled version of the same hinge.

These hinges use quick-removal clevis pins with a cotter key (P/N MC0711038-1 for the 180 thru 210 series, or MC0711038-1 for 150/152 aircraft), replacing the original staked-in pin design for easy door removal during maintenance. Note: these pins are not compatible with emergency door release systems.
