Byrd's Adventure Center along the beautiful Mulberry River in Arkansas will once again be the place to witness some of the most incredible backcountry airplane flying you can see anywhere in the world. ArkanSTOL is a new type of motorsport competition where pilots highly skilled in backcountry flying techniques compete against each other in a test of skill and judgement! ArkanSTOL is not just a flying competition. Opportunities to learn more abotu the professional attitude, discipline, and equipment required in backcountry flying will be available from the scores of on-site vendors and from the hundreds of other pilots in attendance. 

 

The event will be set deep in the Ozarks at the legendary Byrd’s Adventure Center (51AR). Byrd’s is located in Northwest Arkansas about 30 NM Southeast of Fayetteville.
