We are issuing Service Bulletin No. 9 regarding the MC0411257 universal joints manufactured by McFarlane Aviation on Job Orders JO41505, JO41997, JO43600, and JO45454 (other job orders of these parts are not affected).

If you have any of the universal joints from these lots that are not yet installed, we ask that you return them to McFarlane Aviation for a refund. Please contact McFarlane Aviation to initiate this process.

If you have any of the universal joints that have been installed, we ask that you read and follow the Service Bulletin. It is recommended to contact McFarlane Aviation to confirm availability of replacement parts prior to removal of the existing universal joint.
