Flap Rollers Kits
FAA-STC approved for Beechcraft King Air 200 and 300 series aircraft
Self-lubricating flanged roller bearings that include an integral thrust washer. Rollers are made from the Marsh Brothers popular AeroTough® GF (grease-free) material, which eliminates the risk of metal-to-metal contact between the roller flange and the track side! Additionally, it will never seize. Unlike grease-packed rollers, the Marsh Brothers rollers will always rotate, regardless of OAT.

Benefits of AeroTough® GF material for Flap Rollers:
- AeroTough® GF thrust washer is significantly tougher than the OEM Teflon!
- AeroTough® GF eliminates the risk of metal-to-metal contact between the roller flange and the track side
- AeroTough® GF will never compress, herniate, or become dislodged
Note: it is advised for all rollers to be replaced at one time for the initial installation.
Flap Rollers and flange thrust washers are available individually or in convenient kits, including a complete inboard and outboard kit, inboard-only kit, outboard-only kit, or individual flap roller kits. Part numbers and kit options are listed in the tables below.

Cleaning tip:
The rollers are highly resistant to incursion by debris, dust, and other particles. Should the ingestion of various particles become an issue, the aircraft operator can use the same cleaners, detergents, and solvents approved by the aircraft manufacturer. Marsh Brothers have performed compatibility tests with no detriment of the roller’s integrity.
