Superflite Epoxy Wood Varnish
Designed to seal all the aircraft's wood surfaces, while at the same time acting as a primer prior to attaching fabric or applying topcoat. Available in a gallon (SF90-01) or quart (SF90-04). Mixing Ratio: Mix one-part SF90 Epoxy Base to one-part SF920-04 Epoxy Catalyst SF920-04. Reduce 15-25% with the 7800-series reducers.

Clean Up: Use lacquer thinner.

Application:

• Apply 1 – 2 medium wet coats over substrate
• Allow 15 minutes between coats, 60 minutes to topcoat
• Scuff after 48-hour period
• Clean gun after spraying is completed
