The Superflite epoxy wood varnish is designed to seal all the aircraft's wood surfaces, while at the same time acting as a primer prior to attaching fabric or applying topcoat.

Mixing Ratio: Mix one-part SF90[BU2] (gallon SF90-01 or quart SF90-04) Epoxy Base to one-part SF920-04 Epoxy Catalyst. Reduce 15-25% with the 7800-series reducers.

Clean Up: Use lacquer thinner.

Application:

• Apply 1 – 2 medium wet coats over substrate
• Allow 15 minutes between coats, 60 minutes to topcoat
• Scuff after 48-hour period
• Clean gun after spraying is completed
