Brake Master Cylinders

The vented design eliminates the need to repeatedly top off brake fluid as linings wear, which is a common maintenance annoyance, and a factor in past brake fluid-related incidents.

Superior Braking Power
These brakes feature the smallest diameter piston available on the market, measuring 13/16 inches. In contrast to the standard 1-inch diameter piston used by all other brakes on the market, this design enables them to generate higher hydraulic pressure while requiring less force on the foot pedal.

Progressive Brake Control
The smaller diameter piston creates additional pedal travel, giving the brakes a progressive feel and providing more brake control with less force required.

Lightweight Brake System
This Master Brake Cylinder weighs 1.09 lbs, making it the lightest brake on the market while maintaining the heaviest stopping power.

Note: before you order, your aircraft must already have FAA-approved high-pressure brake lines and brake calipers rated for at least 1,698 PSI (per TSO-C26 series or your aircraft's original certification basis). Installation requires an FAA Form 337 logbook entry. LH and RH cylinders must be installed as a matched pair, mixing is not approved.
