• PMA direct replacement for Piper part number 587-404 (Stabilus Bloc-O-Lift or Gas Springs Corp. EasyLift style cylinder).
• Piper part number 89178-010 is an assembly that includes the 587-404 cylinder and an adaptor block. Some parts catalogs do not list the 587-404 separately. McFarlane part number MC587-404 is a direct replacement for the cylinder component of 89178-010.
• Does not replace Piper part number 76445-000 (P.L. Porter Hydro Lock style cylinder).
• One seat adjustment spring per bucket type seat (bench type passenger seats are excluded).
