United States Based Customers
Sales tax may be collected based on the state and jurisdiction shipped to unless an exemption is on file or you live in an exempt state. Some states have specific general aviation tax exemptions. Others may require shipping charges to be included in sales tax calculation. No further action is needed if you are shipping to one of the following states: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia or Wyoming

International Customers
If you are based outside of the United States no further action is needed. Sales tax will not be collected if you are using a freight forwarder within the United States.
