PowerUp Bendix 20 and 200 Series Magneto Overview
PowerUp Bendix 20 and 200 Series magnetos are FAA-PMA replacement aircraft ignition systems engineered with performance improvements in critical internal components, including the coil, capacitor, breaker points, and impulse coupling. Designed as direct replacements for legacy Bendix magnetos, these units deliver reliable ignition, improved starting, and long service life across a wide range of general aviation piston engines, including common Lycoming and Continental applications.
- 20 Series Magnetos – Impulse-coupled ignition only, providing reliable starting performance for approved engine applications.
- 200 Series Magnetos – Feature Shower of Sparks® ignition, delivering enhanced low-RPM spark for improved starting and smoother operation on both 4- and 6-cylinder engines.
