EMC05301 E-MAG Crimp Tool
The E-MAG crimp tool is specifically designed for fabricating and terminating E-MAG trim-to-fit plug wire harnesses. Features the "W Crimp" station required to properly seat spark plug and coil terminals onto the distributed-inductance 8mm plug wire. The W crimp rolls the terminal ears inward, embedding them in the wire's outer jacket for a secure, low-resistance connection.
Do NOT use the wire stripping station on this tool. The E-MAG plug wire core is easily damaged by stripping tools or blades. Use a razor blade to trim only the outer red jacket and fiber layer.
