SunSpot™ 36-4000 Series 75W offers the same trusted SunSpot™ reliability that pilots worldwide have come to expect, but tops the charts with the highest candela in the industry for a PAR 36 LED landing light. At just 75W, this new line boasts an outstanding 200,000+ candela! With a 15x15 bright white beam angle that greatly improves visibility both on the ground and in the air from up to 30 miles away. The SunSpot 36 replacement LED's utilize the existing PAR36 mount and electrical connection for ease of installation ("-H" versions require an additional wire).

AeroLEDs offer high efficiency, direct replacement LED lighting for hundreds of aircraft. AeroLEDs are light weight, shock and vibration resistant, and have low drag. LED lighting easily lasts over 50,000 hours of continuous operation with no reduction by on/off cycles, with up to 80% reduced power consumption. The built-in Pulse Mode and synchronization blink the light on and off at a 1Hz rate when power is applied to the Pulse Mode power wire. Higher color temperature provides superior visibility and clarity.

Available as a drop-in replacement for PAR36, PAR46, PAR27, and PAR64 configurations with several options that are FAA/PMA/STC certified. The AeroLEDs Sunspot Series LED Landing and Taxi Lights consume less power, output more lumens (total light output) and are not affected by vibration compared to incandescent bulbs. These attributes make the SunSpot ideal for use in Experimental, Certified, Commercial, ARFF, and Military aircraft. The HX version includes an integrated Pulse or WigWag feature that helps greatly increase recognition in broad daylight as well as night operation to help avoid midair collisions.
