Maintenance tip:
Create your part number using our unique identifying system. Each part number will begin with MCG. The following letters and numbers indicate the type of control: “T” indicates throttle, “P” indicates propeller, “M” indicates mixture, and “Q” indicates quadrant. The base part numbers to follow will indicate specific attributes of the control, including its inner cable, travel length, conduit terminal, and panel nut thread size:

X - - - Inner cable (1 = EC17) (2 = EC44)
- X - - Push rod options (1 = longer minimum travel length of 3.375") (2 = shorter min travel of 2.125" for throttle, mixture, and prop; 1.875" for quadrant)
- - X - Conduit terminal (1 = unthreaded) (2 = threaded)
- - - X Panel bolt options (0 = no panel bolt) (1 = 3/4-16 threads on all except the throttle controls where 1 = 1/2-20 and 2 = 3/4-16)
For example, P/N MCGT1112-48.000
- “T” indicates throttle
- Its inner cable is EC17 (1XXX)
- Its travel length is 3-3/8” (X1XX)
- The conduit terminal is unthreaded (XX1X)
- The panel nut thread size is 3/4 x 16 x 1" (XXX2)
- The length of this throttle control is 48”
