EMA01402 Four Cylinder E-MAG

Replace the traditional magneto on your 4-cylinder Lycoming-style experimental engine with the E-MAG EMA01402 (P114-C4) series magneto. The E-MAG P114-L4 is a direct-fit electronic ignition system designed as a drop-in replacement for traditional magnetos on 4-cylinder Lycoming engines. Unlike conventional magnetos, the P114-L4 delivers variable spark timing that automatically advances with RPM and manifold pressure, resulting in smoother engine operation, improved fuel efficiency, and more reliable starting.

Timing setup uses the built-in TC Locator function and LED/tone guidance; no timing light or special tools required. The ignition is self-powered by an internal brushless alternator, providing a true dual-electronic ignition option without auxiliary backup batteries.
