• Can I charge two devices at full power simultaneously?

  Yes. The TA245 dual-port configurations are engineered to deliver full rated power to both ports at the same time — no power sharing or speed reduction.

• Is the TA245 compatible with my aircraft's electrical system?

  Yes. The TA245 Series accepts 12–32 VDC input, making it compatible with standard 14-volt and 28-volt aircraft electrical systems.

• What certifications does the TA245 hold?

  The TA245 Series is certified to FAA TSO C71, EASA ETSO C71, and RTCA DO-160G, meeting the rigorous environmental and performance standards required for certified aircraft installations.

• What does the Smart Halo lighting indicate?

  The LED ring around the USB ports changes to indicate three states: unit is powered, a device is actively charging, or a fault condition has been detected. Manual lighting control is also available.

• What is Programmable Power Supply (PPS) technology?

  PPS allows the charger to dynamically negotiate and adjust voltage in small increments based on the connected device's real-time power requirements. This results in faster charge times, less heat generation, and improved long-term battery health compared to standard fixed-voltage fast charging.

• What mating connector is required?
